Another fun afternoon for Jimmy Carl in the courtyard at Yalaha Bakery. A nice, attentive crowd, including a few folks with a genuine appreciation for the Rolling Stones, who played a big stadium show on Friday night in Jacksonville.
The Stones were represented in the set list, along with the Beatles, Petty, Dylan and, in honor of the moon-landing anniversary, an obscure 1959 rockabilly chestnut.
Jimmy Carl has been having a blast on his summer solo residency, which continues with a return engagement on July 28.
